This is one example of the contact issue. It is not difficult to understand and answer. The majority of respondents will probably choose the first alternative. Who doesn't like to receive gifts?
You must strive to ensure that from the first questions respondents showed a keen interest and desire to continue the conversation. "As You well said...", "As You have pinpointed the...", "You said absolutely true...", "That was subtle..." - so generally speaking, respondents in the successful formulation of the question in an interview. And we should strive to similarly they could say in correspondence and conversation, when completing the questionnaire. You don't need to hear it, as long as they said it themselves. Then differently it will be perceived, and other issues that may not always interesting to the Respondent. But if trust is won, if attention is awakened, and other issues will be perceived in the emotional context of the first contact matters. In the future, the concern of the sociologist is to support the emotional charge, interest and attention throughout the work with the questionnaire.
