Collective unity can, of course, arise from the need to
convergence. The division of labor characteristic of modern man leads
the formation of such unities. Convergence leads to the "socio-psychological
monomorphism" (ibid. P. 277): "People, uniform with us on language
worldview, in the ideals, in appearance, in short, similar to us
and in appearance and properties close to us. This similarity
serves as an attractive force which leads us to the socio-similar
individuals. Children seek out the company of their own kind of children. People are looking for companies
to people like myself. Between the two Europeans mutually attractive force
much more than between Europeans and barbarian. People of the same social
position understand each other better than individuals of different social
classes, groups, classes, professions, etc." (Ibid.).
An elaborate classification of the factors contributing to long-term
the preservation of collective unity. Including the unity of this team
create different symbolic guides, "the relationship of many individuals with one
and the same symbol connects them to each other" (ibid. P. 323).
The similarity of the conductors can be realized in the similarity of the name: "Collective
unity era of Grozny and collective unity, 1919 -- called one
the name "Russia". This identity of name is hypnotizing. Two values separately
bearing the same name, one is beginning to be considered identical" (There
same.P. 329).
