Apparently, this idea of interaction between consciousness and external to the consciousness of objects is not entirely true. The world that exists outside of human consciousness, of course, exist. For a man it exists only in the form of conscious or unconscious reflection. But not just reflection, but as a conceptual representation of an external object and the external world in General (Outlook), which is the understanding of the nature and content of the reflected object in the outside world. It is this substantial performance and allows a person to correctly build our relations with an external entity and thus solve their problems.
However, the peculiarity of consciousness is that it reflects the conceptual world is just static. The world is constantly variable and in the arbitrarily small period of time it is different, not completely different, but always slightly different than before. Consciousness has recorded at some point in time the state of the object and the world. This is due to the peculiarities of human activities as any object of the world in building relationships with external objects in their tasks.
