As soon as the word was written, recorded, it thereby formed a very different, previously existing reality. Absolute focus and content of this reality is that the written word became a form of fixation of thought as the result of rational conceptual activities. Recorded thought thus becomes a form, the fact and the element of social consciousness. The written word becomes the constant against which are built the external behavior of the person and his external reality ie everything that is outside of human consciousness, and indeed consciousness itself. Thus the written word becomes fixed in the public consciousness.

The words are not related to each other remain just words. The words in some special way connected to each other and depend on each other, immediately become a special education which has received the name - offer. Related and interdependent words create a separate from a simple set of words special meaning.
Along with a meaningful gesture (meaningful sign, and their combination), and meaningful sound (and their combination), the proposal represents the next step in the transformation of living matter and consciousness, creating a new semantic field both oral and written. The offer becomes a new form of description of complex phenomena and processes, objects and subjects of the external world.
It is reasonable to argue that the proposal is a fundamental principle, brick, atom (in the Democritus sense), which form, or which is constructed from a text. We can talk and say that just because the proposal, according to our view, stands in a qualitatively new formation, which is based on the point in textual terms, the conceptual designs.
Not a word is a fundamental principle of the text, according to some authors, namely the proposal. The word itself has no content and can not have as sense gives him a specially associated words, i.e. the sentence. Therefore, we can assume that the proposal is a kind of Rubicon that separates one form the conceptual existence of the other. And as often happens, the latter is fundamentally different than all previous forms of reality, including meaningful sound, a meaningful gesture, a meaningful sign, a meaningful word.
You can submit a proposal as long or short a number of separate meaningful sounds that turn into words. But the number sounds like a number of words, does not produce the original sense, reproduces a common understanding of the situation. What would have been a long series of sounds, each of them describes only fragments of the situation. That is why the proposal is not a simple collection, simple addition of the meanings of individual words. And as such consideration does not.
