The subject matter is a conceptual vision of the object defined by the researcher and reflect its essential content. It is quite clear that the conceptual content of the question can take a variety of forms of expression.
The semantic content of a question is the expression of the subject matter.
The semantic content of the question may vary depending on the specific tasks and conditions of the survey, from the form of the meeting and from many other attendant aspects, to neutralize which is possible only by changing the question form. Asking the same question to children or adults, illiterate or highly educated people, we naturally change the form of a question, i.e. its verbal expression, in other words it ask, but maintaining the mandatory subject matter.
For example, before the sociologist the task is to find out the motives of dismissal from the enterprise (reasons for dismissal can act as a software issue the whole study). The motives of dismissal in this case will be the subject of the question. But it is quite clear that the researcher, on the basis of various objective and subjective conditions, could formulate the question, keeping subject matter. For example:
